Please contact us using our contact form or directly at our email adress for our prices and availability.
We accept following types of credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express. Payment is also possible with PIN cards and most of Meastro cards.

 

Hotel policies

Deposits

Reservations have to be guaranteed with a VISA, MasterCard or American Express. A credit card must be on file even if accommodation will be paid during your stay. The credit card must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge if we receive notice in written form, by fax or e-mail, not later than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 00:00 (CET/CEST). In case of late cancellation we reserve the right to charge one night for reservations of one night, and two nights for reservations of more than one night. 
In case of no-show, the whole price of the reservation will be charged and the booking will be cancelled without further notice.

Check-in/Check-out

The check-in is between 14:00 - 21:00, check-out is possible between 8:00 - 11:00. Please keep mind that in case of late check-out we have a right to charge a price of day stay. Valid identification or passport may be required during check-in.

Events & weekend minimums

Advance reservations for Saturday nights require a minimum stay of three nights. As we do occasionally experience cancellations, we encourage you to call to check availability. Holiday and special events may require a three-night stay as well.

Smoking policy

‘t hotel is completely a non-smoking facility. Any charges resulting from deodorizing the property or other smoke related maintenance shall be the financial responsibility of the occupant of said room; this includes but is not limited to false alarms with the Amsterdam Fire and Police Departments and lost revenue. Furthermore, the act of smoking voids any discount rate and said occupant will be financially responsible for all discounted room revenues.

Damage to hotel property

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make an effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Removal of hotel property

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Removal of hotel property includes the removal of keys (key from room / hotel / safe). If keys are lost or taken away by guest, we are entitled to charge full cost of replacement. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. 

Children

All children under 6 years of age stay in our hotel free of charge, with reservation of double/family room.

Pets

We do not accept pets.
